Together with Mastercard, we have developed a virtual walking tour where you can explore the city with Rembrandt. Discover where Rembrandt bought the curiosities for his art chamber, where his patrons lived, where Amsterdam’s painters’ guild was located and where Rembrandt is buried. For this free virtual walk, you don’t need anything except a smartphone (and perhaps a pair of comfortable shoes…). You can view the walk from home, or follow the route while walking through Amsterdam.
