Facilities and access

Museum shop
Photo of the museumshopThe museum has its own shop, which can be visited separately from the museum. It stocks a wide range of articles as souvenirs of your visit or as attractive gifts.

If you do not have the opportunity to visit the museum shop, you can visit our online shop.

Museum Café
Unfortunately the museum does not have its own café. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants to choose from in the immediate vicinity of the museum, among them the Rembrandt Corner right next door.

Access
The museum has partial disabled access.

The new museum wing has a lift. The foyer, museum shop, auditorium, toilets and exhibition galleries are fully accessible to all visitors. Unfortunately there are no lifts or other facilities in Rembrandt’s seventeenth-century house, so access for the disabled is very limited.
