Welcome to the online ticket sales service

With the help of the online ticket system you can easily select:

  • The period in which you would like to visit the museum
  • The type and number of tickets you want to buy

Before you continue with your order, please read the important information about:

1.  Available entrance tickets
2.  Payment
3.  Self-printing of entrance tickets
4.  Arriving at the museum.

Please note: online entrance tickets are only valid during the period that you have selected. Expired entrance tickets cannot be used for a different period. The tickets are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for new tickets.

2. Payment

You need a valid credit card to pay for your ticket online. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express only. Please note: the name that appears on your credit card statement will be etix.com, the company that sells the online tickets for the museum, and not the Rembrandt House Museum.

3. Self-printing

After ordering and paying you can print out your ticket. You will also receive a web address from us by e-mail, from which you can print out your tickets immediately or at a later time. This option can be particularly useful if you lose your tickets or if you want to print out your tickets from a different location.

Each entrance pass has a unique bar code. Our equipment has to be able to read this code. We would therefore ask you to print out the tickets as legibly as possible and keep them carefully (uncreased). Check that the white spaces between the lines of your barcode are clear. If not, please print your tickets again.

4. In the museum

The tickets you have printed act as passes for entrance to the museum. You must show them at the cash desk of the museum. Each visitor must have his or her own pass, so please make sure you have printed out all your tickets.
